actually the enzyme book, the last few pages got teach DIY using the left over,,,i tried but not successful bcos i used a milk poweder tin, then it became rusty...so cannot use le...will try your method ...
How abt grapefruit skin, cos that day i did the grapefruit enzymes, but i still keeping the skin in the fridge. Bryan laoshi ever mention, it can be used for kind of aroma...

是啊，lemon skin 真的有很多妙用。我有时也会利用一些放在fridge 和microwave oven 转一下除臭。 做enzyme 的lemon skin 很多，你的做用透气的袋装lemon 的idea 不错，有香味透出。
不过lemon 是不是应该干了才装进袋比较好，不然会发霉的。
