Hi Mami Wu, Regarding the oven u ask, last time Aunt Irene did recommend 1 Tefal brand $300+, as for me, I'm using Delonghi also less than $400.When u want to buy, consider (1)your space in the kitchen and (2)how many litre u need, and (3)what do u always bake. But don't try to save $ and buy those $100+, u will end up buying a 2nd 1, waste $, that's my experience.Hehe.. :-D

不過用龍眼做的應該會很甜吧﹗因為龍眼本身的甜味已經很夠了﹗
请问甜菜根吃了对身体有什们好处? 很想买来做酵素,可是又不敢买.超市有卖吗?
